At GolfPowerCarts.com, we strive to deliver a level of service that would exceed your expectations. We are authorized by the manufacturers of EVERY product we sell. In fact, most of our items will ship to you directly from the manufacturer, so you can be assured that not only are you receiving a genuine product, but will also always get the latest models available.
Most of the time, orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Since shipping times range from 3-6 business days, we expect most orders to be delivered in 4-8 business days. There can be occasional seasonal and weather related delays, and we make every effort to keep your informed. We watch your order every step of the way- even while en route- to be sure it is progressing normally. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately to alert you. We know a golf power cart can be a significant investment, and we want to start it the right way!

Our commitment to service doesn't end with shipping! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Your investment is protected in two ways. First, by our satisfaction guarantee, and second by the manufacturers warranty. For the first 30 days of your purchase, you are covered by our satisfaction guarantee that covers ANY reason you want to return your golf cart!
For an unopened, factory sealed box, you may return it for a credit to your payment source for the purchase price, less actual original shipping and handling charges. There is a 5% restocking fee to cover our credit card processing costs, which we can not recover from our payment processor. We also reserve the right to issue a refund check, in lieu of a payment credit.
If you have opened your cart, you can return it within 30 days, for ANY reason, provided it does not show signs of obvious use. It should not have any scuffs, or scratches and must otherwise look new. It must be repackaged exactly as you received it, with all manuals, instructions, packing materials, warranty info, etc. It must arrive to us no later than 30 days after it was delivered to you. You have the option of a merchandise credit with a 5% restocking fee, or your money back with a 10% restocking fee, less actual shipping and handling charges. Carts that show obvious signs of use, or misuse, or do not include all original materials will not be accepted.
From the day you receive your cart, you are covered by the manufacturers warranty! We only choose brands that offer a written warranty, and those that have a reputation for backing it up. Manufacturers warranties vary from 1-2 years, and generally cover all structural and electrical systems, with the exception of batteries. While we are happy to assist with your warranty claim, if needed, GolfPowerCarts does not offer, or intend to imply a product warranty for any cart or accessory we sell. All warranty claims should be addressed to the cart manufacturer, and this contact information is available under each product listing. If for some reason you are having trouble contacting a manufacturer, or have a question or concern please let us know.
Damaged Merchandise
While great attention and expense is taken to package items with care, rarely, damage will occur in shipping. It is your responsibility to inspect your package thoroughly, IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. Any suspected, or discovered damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. After that time frame, our ability to recover damages from our carriers is limited. We will cover ALL COSTS associated with replacing damaged merchandise as quickly as possible. If you are ordering a gift, we recommend that you open the package to check for damage. We also recommend that you don't order your cart, if you think there is a chance you will be out of town for delivery. Our damaged merchandise policy covers merchandise replacement only, no refunds will be given for damaged merchandise, unless a replacement can not be provided in a normal time frame (5-8 business days).
Incorrect Merchandise
While perfection is an admirable goal for which we strive, the human factor occasionally interferes and we make the dreaded mistake. Naturally, we will cover all costs associated with correcting your order as quickly and efficiently as possible (with humble apology).
